THROUGHOUT THE YEARS, MARGARET LEADS IN THE FIELD OF PREMIUM FROZEN PASTRIES AND DISTRIBUTING TO LEADING COFFEE SHOPS, BAKERIES, AND WHOLESALERS IN ISRAEL AND AROUND THE WORLD, WHILE PRESERVING THE FRESHNESS AND QUALITY OF HOMEMADE GOODS.

WE SPECIALIZE IN PREMIUM PASTRY PRODUCTS MADE FROM HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS WITH THE HIGHEST STANDARD.

Origins of the margaret brand

In French: Pearl, gemstone forged in the sea.

our story begins with Margaret Zhoar, the matron of the zhoar family and owner of “Margaret the art of pastry”, and with her love for traditional home baking. this passion she passed on to her sons, who in turn formed the “Margaret the art of pastry” bakery to ensure the continuation of the legacy.

The company logo is based on a combination of a sea shell with a pearl and wheat grain.

what is our specialty in margaret?

In margaret “art of baking” we specializes in premium baked goods, while using high quality materials.

our products include: stirred cakes, sweet and savory pastry, crunch cakes and the leading vegan bakery brand in israel.

what is our premium product?

all of our products are based on homemade recipes that where adapted to industrial production while preserving the maximum amount of flavors and freshness.

can private costumers buy directly from margaret?

Margaret is a leading supplier of premium pastry, and baked goods, for bakeries, coffee shops and factory’s around israel. if in the future we will decide to extend our costumer range we will update in all the media channels.

is there a minimum limit for a order?

Our business partners are welcome to order without a limit per order, for orders without shipping.

do we use preservatives?

Margaret “art of baking”, as part of maintaining the highest standard of baking, don’t use preservatives on the production line, however, in some of our raw materials that we import, there are preservatives to some amount.

we are always in search for new materials to create with the highest standards, and with no preservatives.

is it possible to order products on the website?

At this moment online orders are not available , but our website is up to date. all the products on the site are available for sale, soon we will create an online shopping page, keep updated in our linkdin page.

are margaret products "kosher?"

All of margaret products are kosher

does margaret have vegan products?

Yes. in margaret we belive that vegan products can be fresh, premium quality and tasty. find more about our vegan products in our products menu.
